Its too late once someone gets hit, its only gonna make the lawyers rich. <br />Their insurance company will probably deny that there was a problem initially anyway. <br />You need to find out who owns the building. <br />If it belongs to the pharmacists, try complainig to their board and say their premises which they practice from is unsafe for patients/customers. <br />I think they have a professional obligation to practice from safe premises.<br />Otherwise try your state goverment's occupational safety branch.
