CALL FOR PAPERS AND NOTICE OF MEETING
 
AVIATION HISTORY
 
FOURTEENTH BIENNIAL CONFERENCE OF HISTORIC AVIATION WRITERS
(CHAW XV – October 21/22/23, 2011)
Dallas, Texas
 
Proposals for presentations are invited from all parties (private, business, military, government, academic faculty, graduate students, etc.) with an interest in any aspect of aviation history. There is no specific conference theme.
 
All proposals will be given consideration for presentation at the several sessions. The proposals should be no more than one page in length. Papers should be planned for delivery within an approximate twenty-five minute time period including time for questions.
 
Please send written or electronic proposals to the address below. PowerPoint and data projection for presentations will be available; please indicate if you have additional requirements. Deadline for receipt of proposals is July 1, 2011.

CHAW XV is a structured, yet informal, gathering with ample opportunity for individual participation and personal interaction. Those attending the conference are encouraged to bring examples of their work for display, distribution and otherwise “show and tell.”
