RAX (Radio Aurora Explorer)Catalog # 37223 is inactive and has been dropped from
the KEP distribution. The solar failed and the satellite lost power.
ARISSat-1 was launched from ISS on August 3, 2011 and has been added to the KEP
distribution. The Catalog # is 37772.
