PINK TV is FTA on PAS8 as well as on sat OPTUS B3 at the moment! I was a bit fed up from TV + with that annoying msg so I turned my dish to OPTUS B3...I am tho not sure if I answered your question...PINK PLUS will never be FTA, only for the time being as they are still (TV+ and UBI) in the "testing" phase.
