Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By logging on. The errors occurs when trying to connect to the online servers.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game tries to connect to the online servers and comes up with the error code 500:H and gives you the option to retry or cancel.
What do you expect to see? I to be logged onto the main homepage of the game.
‌ I’m having the error 500:H come up whenever I try to log onto the game.
