Seen on UBI transponder is another Community channel which is "Coming Soon". http://www.communitytv.com.au/ <br /> Well how "SOON". AMTV have been advertising "coming soon" for more than two months now . And Television Sydney the mob that took over the Television Licence of Channel 31 in Sydney have been saying "Coming soon" for about a year now without a test broadcast.<br /> http://www.tvs.org.au/ <br />I do realize it takes time to do programs unlike overeas channels but do they have to tease us in the meantime by saying "Coming Soon".<br />When they are ready they should start.<br /> <br /> <small>[ 22.
