Just 20 minutes ago, a 2.7-magnitude earthquake struck near Cebu City, Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. The tremor was recorded early morning on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024, at 1:13 am local time, at a very shallow depth of 9 km below the surface.
The event was filed by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), the first seismological agency to report it.
