Three people were killed and eight injured after a shooter opened fire from a passing boat at the American Fish Company restaurant in Southport, North Carolina, on Saturday night. The unidentified vessel fired into a crowd of diners before fleeing the scene. Authorities are questioning one person of interest as the investigation continues into the deadly incident.
