Significant earthquake of magnitude 5.0 just reported 22 km southwest of Prosperidad, Philippines

An earthquake of magnitude 5.0 occurred in the afternoon on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 5:25 pm local time near Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, Caraga, Philippines, as reported by Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency.
