No, no it didn’t turn out as per this recipe. Instead…
I halved the keto recipe, added one egg and about 1 cup ap flour. The noodles turned out ok. They are softer than usual, but still good and use less ap flour with more fiber thanks to the coconut flour. So, next time I’ll try:
50g coconut flour 2 eggs (maybe 3) 2 tsp psyllium husk 1/4 tsp xanthan gum 1 tsp salt 1–2 tbsp water (as needed) 100 gm ap flour
I’ll need to test this at some point and report back.
