Apple has filed a lawsuit accusing OpenAI of corporate espionage. Former Apple employees allegedly stole trade secrets and confidential product designs. One engineer exploited a bug to access Apple's internal network storage. Another former executive coached candidates to bring proprietary designs and supplier details.
