For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:

Western East Pacific and Central Pacific:
A tropical wave located well east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands
is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental
conditions appear conducive for gradual development of this system,
and a tropical depression could form early next week as this system
moves westward toward the central Pacific.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...50 percent.

South of Baja California:
A tropical wave located several hundred miles south of the southern
tip of the Baja California Peninsula is producing disorganized
showers and thunderstorms. A low pressure area is expected to
form from this system by early next week, and addition slow
development is possible after that time as the system moves
westward or west-northwestward.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.

Southwest of Mexico:
An area of low pressure could form well offshore of the southwestern
coast of Mexico early or into the middle of next week. Some gradual
development of this system is possible thereafter as it moves
generally west-northwestward.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.
