Ahead of Jack Smith’s testimony before lawmakers on the Senate judiciary committee today, the former special prosecutor plans to say that his investigations yielded “proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in criminal activity” and that he would pursue the same case against a president of either party under the same circumstances, according to a copy of Smith’s opening remarks obtained by MS Now.
