Hi, I tried to receive any signal from Panamsat8 but i couldn't, i believe that the problem lies within the Tarbs STB3110 LNB frequency settings.<br />my LNB is Daul band lo:11.30 12.25-12.75.<br /><br />could anyone please help me with :<br />1- the position of the satellite (I live on the gold coast)<br />2- how to adjust the LNB settings such as LNB type, LNB lo LO LNB hi LO LNB cut-off frequency.<br /><br />many thanks in advance!!

Not sure if the STB3110 can recieve FTA's other than an MDS one.<br /><br />I've seen postings where the STB3100 can be used and its rather flaky and when they get to use it on UBI they get "Program Not Authorised" This might be related to what Phil is saying about not playing around too much with the STB's.

You need to set both hi and lo freq's as 10600 and turn off 22K guard tone.<br />Let me know how you go.<br />Regards,<br />Vlad
