Tomorrow at 10.00am I have an appointment with my lawyer. Its regarding the defamation of my name on Apsattv's news group. Unfortunately to clear my name I will have to involve a few. On Apsattv's news group I was accused of running a card sharing server for TV Plus and Foxtel. This is an absolute lie as I am not running ANY CARD SHARING NETWORK WHATSOEVER. I challenge any government department, any federal police to tap my IP's and see if I am running a card sharing server. I know who is doing this and I know the reason why and its all because I have allowed Oznetics to advertise on the forum and not another company. Apsattv, as you know I do not email you, nor do I ever PM you, but I require IP's for last night in your chat room. If you cannot supply this, please give an accurate reason why you cannot because this will be passed to my lawyer. No one has the right to defame anyone on anyones forum or site when I clearly know I am innocent and if this scum bag thinks you can get away with it, I will see you in court.<br />Now, look in controversy corner, going back a few days and you will see I posted that we have a pervert that was scouring the kids forums and posting it on other news groups. We are dealing with one sick person here and something has to be done.By the way I was forced to make my kids forum a private one because of this.

The person making the allegations were stark raving nuts.<br /><br />In fact most of the users told them to tone it down and quit abusing people<br /><br />as it is a freely hosted room at sigmachat the i.ps are not available to me anyway (this feature costs extra)also unavailable is the BAN or KICK feature.<br /><br />Take it furthur if you wish to I will email them see if they keep a log of the chat and the i.ps but I doubt it.

Thanks Apsattv. But in these days I think if you have a forum or a chat room you cannot allow it to run open like that. you must have protection to protect yourself. this is totally not on.

But the difference is in my forum i will not allow anyone to be defamed and i have protection for that. I even removed post against apsattv last week by one member just 4 abuse which is not needed.

Apsattv, I was forced months ago to update the forum at Cottles expence thus now the advertising to help cover cost, I think you will have to upgrade your chat room at your expence.

yes i did get a private message during the chat asking how much it would cost do upgrade the room so i.ps could be logged or users booted. I will check it out

Yes the diffence is 1/ my name was used 2/ I was accused of something i'm not doing, 3/ I'm also accused of running it in the private forum.
