Its simple!
They tell me the aus-city sales were less than expected. Well they got 2 months of free advertising
out of it, but the way I look at it is I have always been against paid advertising on this forums and this forum doesn't need it.

Phil and Aus-city have been ripped off, you should have been smarter. I bet you never got a stamp of them.

Phil our aim isnt to rip people off. I can either pay you cash for the 2 months or send you a Sat Receiver of your choice.

Knowing Phil and the owner of Aus-city they don't need the money that much, all you have to do is see his house and cars and that will answer your question, Phil told me he did it for the fun of it and if you gave him any box he would have let you advertise for a full year for nothing. Phil is a man of Principle and the principle was broken here .

What i cant understand is if members are not buying much it means two things that they're to expensive and by the look at it the prices are fair or they have a limited range.
Another thing I would like to know is and it has been said a few times before that these forums have over 95% of the traffic a viewers or guest only, the guest also must see the ads and they must be attracted to whoever advertises on this or any forum and most guest that don't join a forum because they're scared or whatever the reason is will still buy from a company being advertised on a forum. Get my point,! so in other words the company Oznetics realy hasen't got a clue where its customers come from in the first place as you cant ask every customer and most won't tell you where you heard the company from.

Mr_DVD not quite. We do know where our customers come from. We know what page they are viewing. We know IP addresses. So what your saying is not totally right.

I think this thread has gone on long enough and I will close it after this. As explained to the people from Oznetics, I was never after the money in the first place. We tried advertising on the forum and it failed, its as simple as that. As for anyone owing me money, or Dave Cottle any money, I don't want it, nor does Dave Cottle. As for sending me a free box, like was promised, that should have been sent a month ago. The gift comes from the heart, not the wallet. As member ew_289 said, I probably would have let them advertise on the forum for nothing anyhow. I might be strange but I have certain values. I teach my kids if they give me a finger, I will give you my arm. But the problems these days is people don't want to give you there finger nail and for the finger forget that.
