Rocket: Soyuz 2.1a/Fregat; Payload: Meridian 6; Date: 14 November 2012, 1142 UTC; Launch site: Plesetsk, Russia. The satellite was put into a designated orbit at around 1500 UTC. Russian operators "have established a reliable communications and data link with the spacecraft," a spokesman for the Russian Space Forces said.
