I reckon it would be much cheaper to get the box from UBI rather than the middle man as they charge 3-4 times more! If UBI would supplied the box and charged $100-$150 including $49 one off bullshit charge, no one would say no! and UBI would have received more customers by now. You have to make your customers happy and gain their trust otherwise you go down the hill with no help at all.

STELATEL COMMUNICATIONS - MELB/NATIONWIDE $250 inc card in Melbourne. For customers from Sydney a local contractor will contact you and may charge delivery if there is no installation.

UBI are actually giving out the number for STELATEL COMMUNICATIONS - MELB/NATIONWIDE. So looks like the price is set at around $250 plus installation for those who don't have a dish or deivery for those who have a dish.

Hi everyone, Please be honest and correct me if I'm wrong! Those shit old Tarbs boxes only works for MDS and useless for others, its not worth paying more than $150 as its life is unsure how long! I'm sure ex-Tarbs installers/contractors couln't get their money from Tarbs and now its the best oppotunity to recover from us. If I'm paying $250 for a friggen shit box then what is the point to pay UBI $49 one off charge! Its not fair for customers to be screwed from both end. Every party wants to use any opportunity to make the best profit and we are the only ones suffers at the end. Where is the customer protection? I would like to request, UBI and its followers to make some logical decision to protect their customers and gain their trust! Its funny most of the UBI customer paid nothing for the box to re-join againg. Where is the justice?

fsking if you want to watch the channels then you don't have a choice. They have all the ethnics by the short and curlies. I don't think anyone here would be happy paying $250 for a box that has a lifespan linked to UBI.

Yes and No, the Boxes and system are the same but the cards issued for that region will not be turned on in our region in Australia.
(Not unless you work for UBI/PBS)
Phil
