It seems Tarbs equipment belong to Tarbs costomers because they paid subs fee. Mike bolus didn't have $200M when he started Tarbs. I do not think they can claim these equipment unless they bring our channels back.

because if they take over the customer list and tarbs assets they also take over tarbs liabilities and accounts payable and receivable so they should pay the tarbs subs back
