this is what i say to them <img src="http://www.greekforum.de/forum/images/smilies/gy.gif" alt=" - " /><br />and honestly even if they proceed with this how the hell will they know if my dish is pointing B3 or PAS8 difference in few cms left and an angle higher of a few degrees???!!! It seems Tarbs equipment belong to Tarbs costomers because they paid subs fee. Mike bolus didn't have $200M when he started Tarbs. I do not think they can claim these equipment unless they bring our channels back.

because if they take over the customer list and tarbs assets they also take over tarbs liabilities and accounts payable and receivable so they should pay the tarbs subs back

Guys don't panic! PayTV companies can not ask you to return anything which used to belong Tarbs. So, there is nothing to worry about. Thanks...
