UBI and TV Plus use different feeds for Pink Plus. UBI is a direct feed from Europe and is having technical problems.

I guess Satfreak just sits there watching the UBI feeds and if he sees any little problem to make TV Plus look good he just runs and posts on the forum. Maybe he should spend more time watching the TV Plus feed and try and fix the quality.

Hello all<br /><br />I was just asking as a "viewer" of PINK Extra when its comming back. Also since BOTH the PINK channels are encrypted and you bring BK on the same fibre from Europe and BK is still on the air I was wondering what could be the problem...

Oh you're a keen UBI viewer. Is the quality on Pas8 unbearable to watch.<br /><br />You're always wanting to bag UBI in the form of being a viewer or a TV+ supporter. It must be difficult wearing 2 hats huh... <br /><br />You want it shut down on UBI yet enjoying the pleasures of Pink Extra..<br /><br />Post something that the readers know that TV+ is a genuine competitor and not stoop low to derogratory comments. Shape up or shift out I say.

FFS, MKTV Sat not working too i cant watch the soccer. Why does UBI always do this even before the last game against Czech Republic they had the same screen saying technical difficulties. WTF is TV + do they have the maco channel?

How predictable its back just before half time just like last time!

They said they have difficult, what can you do just wait, UBI doing they best, it is in UBI's interest to remove difficulty soonest they can.

Satfreak loves this!<br />Like I said before and I will say it again TV plus needs UBI's Balkans channels out of the way to survive. For me I want both companies to have the channels but does Satfreak agree with me, I bet not.

The fight is over and no one has anything to say?<br />Boys and girls, let me remind you that if there is only one provider left, there will be a monopoly over the European content (so far the Balkan content). Couple that with a small company that has not had too much experience and you'll find that:<br /><br />a) You will be stuck with an inferior service (as is seen currently with the poor audio/video quality of the broadcast). Even after complaining for months now, no one has done anything about the quality!!! Must be that the owners think we have no option and will put up with shit quality! So arrogant that the messages are scrolling through the centre of the screen, non stop! Well they are right, we don’t! We gave up the right to have an option the moment we allowed TV+ to eradicate all competition!<br /><br />b) The value for the money will be poor (3 channels for $70 and will rise, I assure you to $100 in a couple of months into the running of the company. Make no mistake, you’ll be paying $100 per month for 3 channels!!! This is the reason they want competition out of the game with their <strong>“exclusive deals”</strong> with overseas providers (in this case Pink, BK and BN)! Oh, and you can forget about additional channels coming on any time soon. They need to build up cash. The problem is even when they do build up the needed cash, the idea will be to delay the extra channels for as long as no one complains (as it seems that we, down under, don’t seem to have “a voice”)!<br /><br />c) The turnaround time is extremely long and there seems to be no improvement in the near future!. The priority seems to be liaising with providers, locking them into “exclusive” contracts and coding the content so that they can monopolise the market here down under. Customer focus, you ask?...There is no customer focus! I am also curious to find out how big TV+ is but I doubt it could service us Balkans alone, let alone other regions.<br /><br /><strong>Food for thought, boys and girls!!!</strong>

“What could I do?”, I hear you ask…<br />Plenty!<br /><br />Start by sending an email to Pink, BK, BN with your concerns! Then you could send one to TV+ to show them that you cannot be “taken for a ride”! Send a copy to UBI too, to voice your support!<br /><br />There are many things you can do, the worst of which is to stand by and spectate!!! <br />Vlad...
