I would like to thank UBI for providing BK TV in Africa (via Telstar 10). For those of us living in subsaharan Africa, it's the only way to watch TV from the Balkans (as far as I know).<br /><br />I've been reading this forum for quite some time now, and it seems that ja and satfreak have a close connection to TV Plus. So I'd like to ask ja and satfreak -- how can I watch Balkan channels in Kenya (I live in Nairobi) via TV Plus? The TV Plus web site states: "Our current foot print covers Africa, Eurpoe, Asia and Australia." So which satellite covers Africa? Please do let me know. Thanks!

the TV Plus signal comes directly from the USA and gets uplinked to PAS8 KU Australia Beam<br /><br />Don't know why they TV PLUS say they cover those areas when they only cover Australia on PAS8 KU

afrisat I'm only customer of TV+ and great admirer od the truth, sorry I couldn't help you more, but I suggest to you to email tvplus and ask them, because this forum is not TV+ forum and what you will find here is just abuse of tv plus customers and tv plus as a company ......

Ja - I'm addressing the question to you because you have been a de-facto spokesperson for TV Plus on these forums. If you're an admirer of the truth, as you say you are, could you explain if TV Plus is lying when they write on their web site: "Our current foot print covers Africa, Eurpoe, Asia and Australia." As far as I can tell, their footprint only covers Australia. Correct?

Sorry, Satfreak, to me the line "Our current foot print covers Africa, Eurpoe, Asia and Australia" implies that all their channels are available on those 4 continents. One Russian channel just doesn't cut it. If they ever get serious and start broadcasting all their Serbian channels on Thaicom 3, then we have something to talk about, and I would even consider...(gulp) subscribing to TV Plus. But that would probably be expecting too much of TV Plus -- they can't even spell "Europe" right on their web page!
