Analizom je utvrđeno da je OBN bez suglasnosti izvršio izmjene programskih segmenata u iznosu od 53,2 posto, dok je strukturu programa izmjenio za 9 posto. <br /><br />Dalje, prema članu 4.3 Općih uvjeta dozvole, stanica je dužna emitirati minimum 75 minuta programa iz vlastite produkcije u udarnim terminima od 17 do 23 sata, što OBN, također, nije ispoštovao. <br /><br />- Generalni direktor OBN-a Gabrijel Vukadin je obavjestio RAK da će zbog preseljenja naša stanica biti prinuđena da izmjeni programsku shemu.
