i can only see channels 1-11 and 22. others unauthorised.<br /><br />it always happens at nights or on weekends when there is no technical help.

If it happens often it could be the IRD that is faulty as it forgets which programs it has authorisation for.

its funny as lately there has been these problems of boxes losing channels my mate has a chipped box its lost some channels so is that it.

Jaremt, I heard that chipped boxes are getting hit by ubi but i don't know if it's got something to do with subscribers losing their channels. Liski may answer that.<br /><br />I read somewehere on the forum that the launch of the new transponder causing these problems too. So i don't know which one is correct.

its sunday 6.06pm and i still dont have my channels. yesterday i called tecnical help twice. first time i was told to keep the box on standby and i'll have my channels back in 1-1.5 hrs. nothing happened. i called them again this time i was told to keep the box turned on and in an hour i'll have my channels back. nothing happened again!!! still waiting<br /><br />tecnician also said that this is a common problem. but i don't know why i'm the only one with this problem on the forum???<br /> <br /> <small>[ 03.
