Are the future TLEs listed on this NASA web page valid to use before the epochs they have and, if so, how soon before?<br />Also, can anyone explain some of the terms and data, like:<br><br />Coasting Arc <br><br />and, the M5O and J2K heading for those tables?<br />(maybe the tables, too...?)
