*** GENERAL MESSAGE TO ALL GPS USERS *** The purpose of this notification is to inform users that the L2C and L5 CNAV message testing announced in NANU 2013034 is complete. Any military or civil users who encountered user equipment problems during this period should contact the GPSOC (military), NAVCEN (civil, non-aviation) as soon as possible, or aviation users should file reports consistent with FAA approved procedures.
