I just tried contacting UBI customer Service about the loss of Turkish channels at 7:40pm, only to get the message that their customer service center is open 9am to 8pm on Monday to Friday EST and to call back during business hours. Does UBI operate on a different time zone than the rest of the Eastern Australia? Maybe Liski can look in to this poor service.

You guys are missing the point here. I have no doubt the problem will be fixed but to have no one answering at 7:40 pm when their business hours are 9am to 8pm is strange. That is my concern.

That may be but then they should have a proper message indicating that all lines are busy and to ring back tomorrow. I believe that would be more professiona than what they have now. Also the line only rings twice before going to that message. Any way, it's something they can look into.

They must have switched off the phones at the same time they started moving the channels. I've received over ten calls asking me about the Turkish channels. We don't need this forum to know what is going on in the immediate future ie tomorrow. We know all about the re-organisation and about the channels that are about to come on air. What would be nice is to be informed of what is going to happen in the not so immediate future ie which channels UBI are trying to put on air.<br /><br />To find out about the re-organisation, all we have to do is to check out the UBI information channel.

Hey Paphos74 I think you got the topics mixed up. If you read through my posts you would realise I was having a go at UBI's customer service and nothing about current or future plans by UBI.
