Well I went to UBI's website<br /><br />quite interesting, can you explain this Phill or anyone else?<br /><br />"FILIPINO UBI WORLD TV provides the highest rating and most respected TV channels from The Philippines."<br /><br />umm where????<br /><br />moving right along<br /><br />"GREEK UBI WORLD TV provides the highest rating and most respected TV channels from Greece."<br /><br />umm same as above? where are these high rating Greece channels?

This forum is 10 times more up to date than the UBI web site.

Phill fine if they are coming in the future but advertising that they provide them already is FALSE that is what I'm getting at.

Well since they update their website once every 3 months the timing could be correct.

UBI will not do itself any harm by updating the public of it's master plan and release to the public what is install for them in the future. I do not see the point of this information only being available to a select few. This will only create an "us and them mentallity". <br /><br />Phill, we understand that UBI do not have the capacity at the moment, but this will only be temporary and we the public have a right to be informed of what is about to happen in the future. And please do not give us the "be patient, all will be revealed soon" crap. Can you please explain the necessity of the private forum and why this is not available to the general public? Surely the public has a right to Know. This can only be interpreted as a public relations disaster. This makes me think twice of ever becomming a UBI sub, which I have been considering especially when the Greek package goes on air. But with this bullshit maybe I will not. Besides, now that we have ERT and Cyprus Sat maybe it is not worth becomming a sub, especially when we the public are treated with such contempt.

But at the same time, I do pay my respects to UBI for broadcasting Cyprus Sat on it's transponder. I am also certain that it is possibly very lucrative for them and their sister company Tarbs Europe to do so.

Phill I don't care about the Filipino stuff via Measat.<br /><br />From what is written at the UBI site at the moment it gives the impression the Filipino stuff is already available via the B3 service.<br /><br />all they need to do is say Filipino channels coming to B3 soon.<br /><br />and same with the Greek channels, is MAD TV really considered a "Top rating Greek channel"?

I put it to phil that this site is a "public forum" and the public has a right to be informed. This would remove a lot of antagonism. This is all I ask for. Sorry Lazer for opening this topic again but I must intervene as I would like to add my bit against the continual bashing of Member apsattv. I will recommend his to be removed as he serves no purpose on this site except for continual sledging against UBI. You wonder why Phil and Liski don't bother with some of you any more. Paphos74, yes you are right, this is a public forum, but the other forums are private and you are not invited, its that simple and get this very clear, you are a nobody on this site. After all, weren't you one of them that caused this situation?
