What is Best of Macedoina channel? is it based on any network? or is it a totally new channel?broadcasting all sorts of shows? none of these have web sites, so they are new start up satellite tv channels? correct?

Maybe its just economics Mr D? with petrol prices up, and general expenses up..people maybe can't justify spending the 60 bucks a month?<br />We were watching a lot of these channels at my mates place, when they were FTA. I know they got use to the idea of not having to pay subscriptions? the humax is coaster for the kettle now. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" />

Well I watched Best of Macedonia channel last night on Telstar 10 - the program only consists of broadcasting the rather beautiful landscape of Macedonia (mountains, lakes, etc). No commentary, just music in the background. As for K-15, all they have playing is a 30-second commercial with inserts from shows produced by K-15 in the past 10 years. And this commercial is in a loop - it keeps getting repeated over and over.<br /><br />Currently there are 3 Macedonian radio channels broadcasting - Radio Makedonija, City Radio, and I'm not sure what the third one was. My receiver picked up a total of 13 (yes: thirteen) radio channels. The remaining 10 have yet to be filled.<br /><br />So I'd say the Macedonians are pretty lucky - not only will they have at least 3 TV programs, but they will also get lots of radio stations. What about the Serbs and the Croats? I say it's high time for some Serbian and Croatian programming on UBI!
