I wouldn't call it an automated response - it's the only response that can be given.<br /><br />Most deals are not allowed to be discussed or info given out while negotiations are being held.<br /><br />At least I'm able to supply you all with some information on what channels are coming but you need to understand that UBI is a business and not all business deals are open to the public.

I was told today (by UBI customer service)that the two new channels comming two the greek line up are Ant1 and ERTsat.<br /> If this is correct, will Ant1 switch satellites and wil ERT encrypt?

VCValint,<br /><br />No one from the UBI Customer Care Centre would give that information out as no one in the CCC knows what the next 2 Greek channels would be.

Ok everybody, let's set this straight.<br />I've just been told there are two new chnnels comming to the Geek lineup. Apparently nobody knows what they. UBI is only stating that they are tryimg to get ERT and ANT1 but they are not the next channels. there was a misunderstanding somewhere in the conversation between me the phone operator and their supervisor they spoke to.

Hmm. As far am I'm concerned ANT1 would be good. I didn't like it a few years ago, was too buget hollywood like, ERT is free and so I don't need for UBI to bring it under it's umbrella. it's government funded so that it can remain FTA.<br /><br />My current concern is that although Extra obviously is NOT as big as some of the other channels, where in the workd is it?<br /><br />It was first advertised as part of the Greek Package months ago, and there isn't even a placeholder/Infocard for it on the Satelitte like there was for Alter.<br /><br />That can be considered false advertising. Stating 'Coming Soon' for months is not appropriate or a decent loop hole.
