I just called UBI to enquire about the Arabic service, while I was on the call I enquired about Balkan channels.<br /><br />The rep was very very honest, I have never spoken to a pay TV rep as honest as that.<br /><br />Now about the Balkan channels UBI will add 2 Balkan channels at the end of this week (pink extra and Planta) and the service will be encrypted at the end of this month.<br /><br />She told me other things but nothing to do with the Balkan package.

Satfreak as a moderator and any other moderator of the forum have every right to edit or delete post if he finds that certain post needs editing or deleting.<br /><br />That is the job of moderator.<br /><br />You as administrator have other things to do on the forum as a whole unit.<br />That is the main difference between moderator and admin.<br />Admin takes care of whole site and moderators take care of certain forums allocated to them.<br /><br />Admin, in this case Debono did not post any announcement or anything regarding the site as a whole unit. If he posted something like that and moderator edited his message – that’s wrong! BUT!!! He posted one post as a private user, not as an admin.<br /><br />Mistake here is that he should use one nick when posting as an Admin and another nick when posting personal opinions etc.<br /><br />I have over 7 years experience in administration forums and everywhere things work this way. On one web site where I'm and admin, on the web site forum I have 17 moderators and I never, NEVER had any disagreement with them.<br />They all read their RIGHTS and OBLIGATIONS and DUTYIES before becoming a moderator, I don't stick my nose in their business and they do not stick their nose in my business.
