Isn't there a law that states if something is abounded for 3months you can not legally ask for it back or something like that?

Like I said If they want the dish they have to remove the pole, and if the pole goes through the tiles they have to replace the tiles because if water gets in you have a legal claim for damages to your house.

A friend of mine said that his dish has damaged by storm and the box has burned out. He said let them com and pick them up. He is living in QLD.

I heard once the dish is installed on our roof it then becomes what they call a "fixture" and a part of your building. Meaning the ownership belongs to the person that owns the building/house. So in that regard I'd say move it where you want. As for the box I have no idea?

Bedouin, If I were you, I would call whoever asks for the dish, and tell them that the dish has damaged my roof therefore I want compansation for it, and for the box, as its been sitting and wasting my usefull space with no promissed service delivery, I ask for the rent and even backpayment from the Tarbs closure...
