I think that discount is for all ex TARBS customers, as they all have TARBS dishes pointing to PAS8. That's my understanding of the situation.

The package they offer to the Latin community is not all that good really.<br />Apart from TVE, TELEFE and the CLatino the rest is not worth it. So you would end paying for three chanels.
