Hello guys,

Just a quick note to say hello. I have had a bit of a look at the Qld Monaro home page but can't get any current info on your next cruise date.

I have recently purchased a CV8 (Dec 2004)(after owing a WB Statesman for 12 years - one could say that there is some difference between the two ) and absolutely love it. I would be interested in joining in on an upcoming cruise to say hello, with the possible intent of joining your club.

Cheers,

Jeff (Maverick)

Yes mate this forum is also new, I only look after this.
I have been told that the guy that looks after the web site had a major stuff up in his computer and is waiting to fix it up. I was told on Subday the web site needs updating as its behind time in lots of things.
Phil

Hi Maverick,

Our next outing is on the 28th August, 2005 and we have having a Fish'n'Chips cruise. Meeting at Garden City Shopping Centre in front of Rebel Sports at 7.30am and leaving at 8.00am and travelling to Wynnum Darling Point Park. All you need to bring along are chairs/blankets and money for lunch.

It would be great to meet you and you are of course welcome to come along to say hi without joining.

Our internet site has met with some problems over the last couple of months (after just getting on its feet again after years of neglect). Our web designer has had a complete computer meltdown and is in the process of getting all new computer equipment. It will be up and running again very soon.

Thanks for the heads up HQSS. Unfortunately I have a wedding to attend that day, the only up side is that it's at Mt Tamborine, so I get a bit of a blast at the Mt

I will keep a bit of an eye on the web site.
