I found this website ( http://www.jumptv.com ) that is offering channels from the Balkans for $9.95USD each. Currently they offer MKTV and TV Orbis from Macedonia, ATV from Bosnia, RTCG and MBC from Montenegro, as well as RTV Sabac and ART from Serbia. I signed up for MKTV and the picture quality is very good.
