does everyone got ch 66 cause when i turn to channel66 it the picture is all black and a message says service is currently scrambled. i had to watch the press conference thrue the small screen onchannel ch 1 info channel. can someone help me so i can restore it

Its only active for people who were subscribed to Lig TV
And the interview is now gone anyway they will activate the channel for all if they need to....

You can't so please stop asking. Only people who subscribed to Lig TV are able to access CH66.
