Yes as i mention as a rumour earlier in few of my other post the Turkish League will be joining D-Smart in near future which as a rumour and now that rumour is a certain possibilty, they are offering the turkish soccer Federation TFF 180 million USD + 10% comiision and promise the teams live coverage match rate will go up by 50%... if things go as planned they will start airing as of the 2008/2009 season which is next season/year
My suggestion is that if UBI want to play it smart they aught to bring D-smart down seeing as though mr boulos has good relations with the Dogan Holding Group (kanald people) and will keep all turkish customers happy, this way no more dealing with the greedy Digiturk!!!

D-Smart, Süper Lig’in yayın hakları için Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu’na müthiş bir teklifte bulundu. Türkiye’nin yeni dijital platformu D-Smart, halen yıllık 100 milyon dolar civarında olan Türkiye Süper Ligi’nin yayın hakları için inanılmaz bir teklif sundu
D-Smart, halen yıllık 100 milyon dolar civarındaki yayın hakları için 180 milyon dolar ödemeye hazır olduğunu federasyona bildirdi.
Doğan TV Yayın Grup Başkanı Murat Saygı ile Spor Koordinatörü İlker Yasin dün Futbol Federasyonu yetkilileri ile görüşerek, D-Smart’ın önerisini sundular. Görüşme sonrası bir açıklama yapan Saygı, şu anki yayıncı kuruluşun 2004 yılında yapılan anlaşma gereği federasyona, yıllık net 100 milyon ABD Doları civarında para ödediğini vurgulayarak, "D-Smart olarak yıllık net 180 milyon ABD Doları’ndan başlayan teklifimizi ve teminat olarak banka teminat mektubunu Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu Başkanlığı’na sunmuş bulunuyoruz" dedi. D-Smart’ın yeni teklifi ile Süper Lig kulüplerinin yıllık gelirinin yüzde 80 artacağına dikkat çeken Saygı, şöyle devam etti:
"Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu tarafından 17 Temmuz 2004 tarihinde yapılan ihale ile Türkiye Süper Ligi’nin yayın hakkı 4 yıl süre ile bir yayıncı kuruluşa verilmiştir. Bu ihale süreci 2008 Mayıs ayında sona erecektir. Ne var ki, sözleşmenin ikinci yılında federasyon yönetimi, Türkiye Süper Ligi’nin isim hakkını (TITLE SPONSOR) bir grup şirketine satma işlemini sebep göstererek, yayıncı kuruluş ile olan yayın hakları sözleşmesini ihalesiz olarak (ilave 2 yıl olmak üzere) 2010 yılına kadar uzattığını bildirmiştir.

This will never happen!....
Digiturk has the extended rights for the Turkcell Super League till 2010....and I do not believe the TFF can take the risk of paying millions of dollars to Digiturk for loss of their business if the contract is cancelled...
It was sort of a backstabbing offer by Dogan Media and was never received any reply from TFF...I think it will stay as an offer only.....

hey you never know, if they can cover the costs for the cancellation of the rights from Digiturk with the income from the D-Smart people why not...
in the end of the day business is buisness yess??
the main important thing is i dnt really care who transmits the damm signal, i just want the coverage back in here is OZZ!!!

1stly about me cuting my UBI quote above there was a sense of sarcasm in it as why i place a 2ndly i asked about weather ligtv will or not return as far as you are the most offical person for information we could get to know from, and did not ask weather i should cancel my subscription regarding your opinion 3rdly when a comment is made debating against ubi your acting as if you own the company and no matter what your always right, you should look on the other side of the storyline asswell at least and stop talking out of your ass.. take no offence as this is half my ligtv no more rage speaking aswell!!!

Once again even if your being sarcastic or acting in rage there is no need to be rude to anyone here or myself – if you continue I will see fit not to bother replying to your questions like I’ve done to others in the past.
I have no new information regarding Lig TV - I’m hoping for a return of Lig TV but it depends if DigiTurk are willing to negotiate.
I don't act like I own UBI, I'm here to provide information to you and anyone else that wants it. I'm just sick and tired people being anit-UBI and think they know more then UBI themselves.

im no anti-ubi person, i praise you for providing official info and them for for bringing these channels here, once again its just rage speaking as you would know by now how much it hurts to have our football taken away from us...
say if the rights were to be handed over to d-smart would we be able to see it here or Galatasaray TV , fenerbahce TV etcc, kno w it is possible seeing they are under the kanal D group...
