I love leprechauns. They are my most favorite "Other". They are the beings I see the most, and are very close to humankind. From my research I know with 110% percent certainty sure that they exist, only they are normally invisible to us..... But I see them. Here's how. A picture of the British countryside, between a tree and a standing stone (sarsen), everything seems normal! This is a blow up portion of an original image, and is not faked in anyway!!! ![[Linked Image from farm3.static.flickr.com]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2276/2156203962_e233662e79_o.jpg) Notice anything fishy?? I do I'll highlight it with a lasso tool using a software image editor like Photoshop, I use OSX The Gimp. Then I stretch HSV which is a common function in an image editor ![[Linked Image from farm3.static.flickr.com]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2272/2163390205_538e29aefb.jpg) Next ill stretch the contrast a common one button feature in an image editor. ![[Linked Image from farm3.static.flickr.com]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2211/2164190314_32dc30a189.jpg) Next i'll play with the brightness and contrast to get the best image. ![[Linked Image from farm3.static.flickr.com]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2067/2164189662_68d8623a1c.jpg) Pretty obvious huh? Buckle on hat a classic Green Leprechaun. Just to improve the image I run an unsharp mask, ![[Linked Image from farm3.static.flickr.com]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2139/2163389621_f1c7f95327_o.jpg) They exist!!!

The first Leprechaun I saw with my naked eye was in Ireland at Powerscourt Waterfall, which is the biggest waterfall in Ireland. Its a very nice place to visit, and as I sat next to a run-off pool next to the main pool, something flew past my head and hit the water with a sploosh. I looked around and sat next to me, no word of a lie, was a translucent and almost invisible Leprechaun, throwing stones into the water, grinning at me, with the widest smile I have ever seen. He smiled at me for a few seconds and then (as if by magic) disappeared, This was 8 years ago on my honeymoon and I never ever told anyone about it. I had almost forgot it, and consigned it out of my mind mind, however I now know, as I have always known for sure that it was genuine.

Black Leprechauns. I think these are the shaman/mystics of the Leprechaun race, higher status and much more serious. They seem to have emblems on their hats, always above their left eyes which give them away. ![[Linked Image from farm3.static.flickr.com]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2069/2167227096_298daaa690_o.jpg) another ![[Linked Image from farm3.static.flickr.com]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2140/2139363414_33101c5967_o.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i257.photobucket.com]](http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh218/albionsfinest/picture91.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i257.photobucket.com]](http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh218/albionsfinest/picture92.jpg)

Ah! MOST fascinating topic, experiences, explanations and photos!! Starting at the bottom post, I seeee what you are talking about in the emblem on the black leprechaun's hat. So it is the hat and attire that is black and not the leprechaun's skin, right? What I see on the hat in this 3/4 view where he is facing to my right, is a mushroom!! Highly Magnified Original
My Outlining Interpretation
It is a leprechaun face sporting a hat with a mushroom that is the symbol on this larger leprechaun's hat. In your photo I am seeing smaller leprechauns all comprising a larger image of a leprechaun. This resonates for me with my theory of multi-dimensionality as I pointed out with my photo of Tsuki and as it appears in many photos as well -- we are all made up of sub parts that are like that of the larger part. Each smaller part has it's own unique identity, but is still part of the whole. Hope this makes sense. To me it is like our soul being made up of all the pastlife personalities. They are all part of the collective soul yet retain their individuality. Additionally is my belief that our collective soul is yet another smaller part of a larger entity and so on. But I digress. Another person has once written me to tell of his encounters with a leprechaun dressed in black or dark attire. So this topic is quite validating to me. Maybe the green hatted leprechauns are the clover and/or foliage leprechauns and the black ones are the ones for the breaking down of such, so of the dirt and mushrooms, etc. Makes sense to me. The attire of the nature spirits seems to be coloured appropriately for their work to either blend in with the background or as an emulation of their work. If we keep speculating, theorizing, capturing photos and analyzing them, we will continue to learn so much. I'm really loving this. (I'll make another post to discuss the other parts of this topic you have posted).

Thanks for sharing all of these wondrous photos, Starchie! I loved your Ireland leprechaun experience! Your sharing this with me is synergistic and I am experiencing Green Man and leprechauns more intensely than ever. When I first started looking into spirit and I captured wolf images I wondered, Why wolves? Then I found fairies and wondered, Why fairies? And with greater curiosity I ask, Why leprechauns? And many of the answers continue to flow to me. But one thing I must say is...my experiences with these entities are as real as anything else I have experienced in my life. Different, but real. And leprechauns are really making their presence known to me. For me, the leprechaun and Green Man are connected strongly. It is as if the leprechaun is part of Green Man, for I have been shown over and over that Green Man wears many hats, and one of them is a tophat. Like you Starchie, I have much to share on this topic. I will allow it to unfold as best I can as it is so difficult to find ways to portray it and explain it all. GM and the leprechauns show up most strongly for me in the afternoon sunlight. So I have often taken photos of the sunlight as it streams in my west-facing window. Amongst capturing many images of these "guys", I also see them sometimes in the light from the corner of my eye. Even a little fragment of afternoon light coming in through the cracks in the curtains can prompt a peripheral image of GM for me. Yesterday I had strong experiences, so I took out my camera. I captured some vague top-hatted images, but the single photo I took of the window itself yielded some of my favourite captures thus far and gave me an ear-to-ear grin. I hope to bring these images out (in the photos below) for others to see with me. This is just to show the overall window for context. The green men are in the lower left quadrant.
![[Linked Image from metawake.info]](http://www.metawake.info/images/greenman/greenmen4787_2.jpg) Magnified quadrant
![[Linked Image from metawake.info]](http://www.metawake.info/images/greenman/greenmen4787_3.jpg) Further Magnified
![[Linked Image from metawake.info]](http://www.metawake.info/images/greenman/greenmen4787_4.jpg) Further Magnified (these are three green men images stacked vertically)
![[Linked Image from metawake.info]](http://www.metawake.info/images/greenman/greenmen4787_4a.jpg) I've enhanced the top Green Man face I see which melds with the face below him...
![[Linked Image from metawake.info]](http://www.metawake.info/images/greenman/greenmen4787_4b.jpg) Here is the second and most clear IMO. He may be holding this sunflower, but the sunflower also serves as the flower for the hat of the man below.
![[Linked Image from metawake.info]](http://www.metawake.info/images/greenman/greenmen4787_4c.jpg) And the third who is quite blurred in the face.
Aside from these three faces, I see layered all sizes of these guys throughout the photo. The photo reminds me of a multifaceted gem, where a reflection is cast in various surfaces with some larger and some stretched. But it is even more than that, beyond 3-D. I see the same in the photos you share Starchie, where it seems it would take hours to pick out each individual spirit image. And it is also illusive as the faces all merge as well. In part I wonder, were leprechauns a previous race, originating in present day Ireland, that have ascended and now serve amongst other spiritual teachers and planet caretakers? Or are they another type of entity living side-by-side in a nearby dimension.

You're right, Starchie, about there being a difference between the black leprechauns and the green ones. Throughout the night I kept learning about two types but it was in such a deep state that I have little detail to add other than to know that you are right. And interestingly, yesterday as I was cleaning up my webpage Three - A Magic Number, I was refreshed about this dream I had: Wednesday 01.11.06
I dreamed a friend of mine had just given birth making this her third child. She was toting the baby around against her stomach under her shirt. She lifted her shirt to show me the baby who was very tiny and cute. Upon closer inspection I realized the baby had very fair skin (with freckles), red hair and green eyes. I knew the baby was Irish. The amazing part to me was that this woman and her two other children had dark coloured skin. I said with good intent that it must be interesting for her to have children of such diversity. And then I woke up with the song "Irish Eyes" playing in my mind.
I think this dream was one of my first inklings toward spirituality and leprechauns. I wish I could say with great clarity what it all means, but I'm still in the process of learning it. But it does mean something, of that I am sure.
