Has anyone received notification of the recent price rise via a letter or call?
I have yet to hear anything, and if I had not stopped by to see another forum member mention this, I would not be aware of it, nor have enough money in the account I specify for UBI direct debit. From memory companies have the right to change the prices of their services if contractually able, however they are also required to notify customers in advance.
From what I can tell UBI has not done this and I am not happy. At the same time what exactly are we receiving for this extra $5? Over time the Greek package has actually lost channels, such as Sigma and Channel 10, and we have not seen any other Greek channel replacements?

RATLSNAKE,
All customers will be eventually be migrated to the new pricing when they are out of contract term.
All customers will be notified prior to this happening.
Since you have not been notified it means that your price has not changed as yet.

Thank you for the confirmation on that Liski, as the website currently does not state this.
