in 2005 when DOCS stolen my son and partner. I learnt of this Blue Card.
SO, I rang up and asked can I apply for one. The lady said to me, in which area of child care are you applying for?.
I said, None:, Im apply for a blue card, so that I can be a father to my son.
Plus dont you conduct a Assessment ?.

She just laughed at me and said , sorry cant help....

I then Sent the then PM, Beattie a email asking.
How do I know the females that are working in the department of child safety,have not been molested or raped or abused by a man and now is in a position to take vengeance ?.
He reply's with, All dept workers are screen.
I know for a Fact, that there is some workers in that Dept, that have been Molested and or abused and Use this position to their advantage.

even I didnt know what was said about me or what was written about me to what DOCS had of me, till 2007, when the toowoomba office sends me this Novel and I read what They say I have done.
As GOD is my witness, As I started to read and got to the part where DOCS claims I am molesting children as young as 3yrs old, I throw that paper work across the living room where it sat for 5 weeks in a rubble in the corner.
When I did have the guts to read, FRKing hell. Im in places I have never ever been.
I then put two and two and Got what I now believe file tampering.
Sadly: Very Sadly. I have a brother, Who, Did molester his own daughter and other children, He did goto a prison for this and he did re offend. Its these actions of the brother, that I believe has been transferred to me.

I will State this here. I have never ever ever touched any child,being a boy or a girl, being My own blood. being a new born. I have NOT in my life ever touched the above mentioned in any sexual manner.
I have never been Questioned by any law regarding the claims from that department. I have never been to a court room to face any Sexual actives to children.
I am not on any sexual resistors.
I have never been convicted of Pedophilia or child porno.
I have never had the opportunity to defend myself in a court of law.

I honestly believe your brother's issues have been either purposely or mistakenly put onto you...it's happened before, a woman was tarred with another womans file losing her children for 2 years when she discovered the mistake, I think it was a digit in a birth date and immediate family details were completely different but b/c they shared the same name, she lost out until she got her file FOI'd getting her kids returned not long after when she discovered it! In NSW this happened though, but it still happens!

A Blue Card actually means nothing.

It pretty much means that X has not harmed children in the past... It doesn't mean that X is not capable of harming children or will harm them in the future.

My husband had a Blue Card for his work with the Scouts... It expired the month my girls were first taken.

Guys, I have my FOIs. one from QLD police, which took 4 weeks to get to me. and one from QLD DOCS, which took 6 months to get to me.
Tween the Foi's Both are way different.
There is Nothing in records of these that even indicates anything with Pedophilia

Re: Blue card. as a Registered Nurse I am automatically passed. In my situation I was working as a registered nurse and actually involved in assisting with a client having their supervised access visits and wrote about it in the patient file. YET on a personal basis I was deemed as a danger to my child and we were denied access for 2 weeks.

And that sexual stuff - well like everything else docs will just use what information (whether true or not) they want and use it how they want.
Mr Sniper then you get a situation whereby one liaring office write what they want into your file (including tampering with it) and then transfer to another office and even the just and ethical docs worker would have to look at what is written in the file as fact.

Too many parents - those who do have challenges - need assistance... They don't need to have the child removed from them... They just need help.

To make the move to HELP the parent instead of ripping the child from the home is out of the question though... No money in that.

It's better for DoCS to remove the child because they get the almighty dollar... Which doesn't get spent on the child anyway.

Forget the damage that it does... Forget the fact that it's a drop in the ocean that has a thousand outward ripples of impact.

Then, when the child is finally returned home he/she has so many problems that the parent has to try and fix - but the parent is left to their own devices and the family is WORSE off than it was to begin with!

oh I wouldnt like to haave a blue card...there are more deviates with them than without them.....i would be quite suspicious of those....in light of the morons that di have them

And I bet you if you got the same but this time get a Solicitor to subpoena a copy of them you will find them different again.
