They reckon they are only going to use it for high profile cases where an accused would not get a fair trial because of a biased jury, especially when you get a so and so, I know the persons name and I will not reveal it at the moment who sits in the public gallery, eyeing off the jurors. See what is happening is a high percentage of men being found guilty on child sex abuse charges without any evidence whatsoever, except for a 93a bit of toilet paper, are appealing their conviction, where the rule of evidence is viewed by a panel of judges and the conviction is overturned. We are having today people paranoid about this pedophilia shit and once you front a court, even with no evidence against you, even with hard evidence that the child has lied, even your barrister who is pleading your case that you must go on real evidence, hard evidence that you can visually see and somehow or other they still find you guilty. You have to be called up for jury duty and listen when there is 36 up the back of the court where 12 will be enpanelled and whilst the 36 are there the charges are read out and all you hear from the prospective 36 jurors is ooohhh, aaaahhhh, they look at each other left and right and straight away you can see the disgust in the 36 people sitting in the rear of the room. You wonder why so many are being convicted, you wonder why so many are winning the appeals and you wonder why you are going to have juryless trials soon for all alleged sex offenders, because the public today are paranoid and pathetic
Again, next year, I will let the cat out of the bag as to what I found out and it is disgusting. We are no better than what we were hundreds of years ago where they burnt a priest at the stake for practicing religion, where they stoned a person to death because they practiced a different type of medicine.

Trust me what I did NOBODY HAS EVER DONE BEFORE, and its perfectly legal. Even my solicitor told me trust you to think of something like that, you never stop thinking don't you.

Just say we find a Actor that nobody knows, we make a mock trial, All know about it except for the 36 jurors to be picked to 12.
Now the trial runs for three days, NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER FUCKINGGGGG NOOTHING!!! and the Child that accused you had a cock and bull story that changed 50 times, Nothing added up, No mobile phone recorfs, No text message records, No emails to the child records you could prove you weren't there at those days but at the end the 3 day the jurors find you GUILTY.

What happens next, A Appeal, the Judges looks over the case, No evidence except a bit of fabricated evidence called a 93a, the conviction is over turned by a panel of Judges, look at the tax payer money saved.

Sorry nobody will know until i'am ready, after this I hope thousands do it and they the crown will have no choice but to amend the law but by then the damage will be done!! HAAAA Heeee I love it.

For me there is always dormant loop holes that have not been exploited yet.

If a person pleads guilty or no contest - they don't get a jury.

If they plead innocent - they have the RIGHT to a jury.

Yes, the right to one.

So would this not mean, regardless of how notorious the case is - that their rights are being denied?

Just say as an example that in all sorts of trials the jury get it wrong 1 in 50 where an appeal steps in to correct the injustice and finds the person has his or her conviction overturned

Also Just say in all types of trials the accused has a 30 % chance of getting off on a appeal.

Also just say that in Child Sex cases the amount of appeals are a lot higher than the above and more are getting off. Now tell me why?

The Jurors are bewildered just by listening to the Charges on day one and try to find any excuse to find the person guilty.
You wonder why they try to get the more older respectable jurors to be enpaneled..

Bias begins simply because the person was charged... Innocent or guilty.

People like those who work at DoCS believe that if the person was charged - then that person MUST have done it... Or they wouldn't have been charged.
