Yes, my own problem was centred around issues DoCS decided that they had.

DoCS couldn't involve the police with me - nothing I had supposedly done or didn't do warranted charges being laid or a police investigation.

My husband was charged before DoCS became involved... It was the police who contacted DoCS in the first place. Some months later my husband wore a second charge and the police wanted to question me about what he was charged for as well - but between them declaring at one of my husband's trials that they wanted to speak with me and my husband's car accident about 3 months later - the police had never knocked on my door or called me at all... They never made an attempt to contact me.

I don't know what might have happened... If the police had decided that they wanted to lay the same charge against me (attempting to pervert justice) DoCS might have jumped on that and tried to use it against me... But it never happened, so I have no idea.

Yes, it is becoming extremely ridiculous and out of control.

In some ways, it is reverting back to the dark ages.

Men had been encouraged for so long to help care for their children and to help in the raising of their children... So many men out there want to be as involved as the women are.

But if infant or child has poop from one end to the other - the father can't clean it properly or he's done for sexual abuse... If he thinks that the child needs a bath to be washed properly - he's done for sexual abuse because he's washing a girls genitalia in the bath tub.

And we all know that mess like that can get everywhere on a child - especially with a girl! Hooly dooly, it can be all over the place... And it warrants a darn good clean - whether with baby wipes or a flannel in the bath tub.

Ihategov that is so correct. Once docs came to my door and my child and I were swimming in the pool. I was just wearing my undies (skin coloured) and docs were shocked when they looked through the front window - whilst I am shouting out 'give me a minute'.

the when I told docs about my child sexually acting out after visits with the father. docs then went on at me about me and my female boarder who would jump in the pool quickly in undies or (her nude) to cool off after me mowing the lawn or her after she did her serious cycling stuff (she was training and do millions of miles on her push bike and then would come home , peel off those cycle clothes and jump in the pool and then get out. It wasnt' any naked orgy or perverted sort of weird stuff) anyway docs worker went on about appropriateness of actions around the then 4 yo male child.

Well male child is nearly 6 and still gate crashes my shower! He has his toys and gets in their and plays and couldn't care less about my nakedness.

I thought all the above in my entry here was within the realm of normal.
docs are becoming the moral judges and taking it to the inth degree.

My son was probably not in the pool at that time either and would have been doing whatever around the house like a 'normal 4 yo child'.

They seem to treat everyone the same as my husband was charged, months later they bumped up another charge, DoCHS tried to have me charged, The police tried to have me charged on the same charge as they tried with you Perverting the course of Justice, they charged me, They uncharged me, (dropped the charge) its all a game for them to wear you down.

Wasn't it I hate Gov Dept that said that one day something will happen with child safety and one day and the government will deny it that they knew there was a problem but how can they deny it now when this site has hundreds of pages of complaints also the amounts of documented letters sent to all the politicians in this what was a great country

The Police make you laugh today as they always try the same dirty tricks on just about everyone.
See they charge you say with attempted rape, they upgrade it to rape and throw in a few more charges here and there to create confusion and later on they add another charge like maintaining a sexual relationship with a child under the age of 16.
But get this!!! They do yanks style plea bargaining as they say to your legal team WE WILL DROP ALL CHARGES AGAINST YOUR CLIENT IF YOU AGREE TO THE MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIP CHARGE AND PLEAD GUILTY ON THAT ONE.

They do this to just about everyone.
Look at the trial going on now with that school teacher (Name withheld) she had around 229 charges against her and now the prosecution have decided to combined it to just one charge of Maintaining a sexual relationship with a child under the age of 16 (I think CODE 229B).

They charge you with rape and the crown decides to drop the charges if you agree to the others, which one is it crown? If you charge a person with a charge then you drop it means in my eyes that you falsely charged that person in the first place.

You know how sick the world has come today.
Years ago my youngest soiled it pants at school when the child was 7 years old.
The school rang home we were not home, The school rang my mobile but I was in a area with poor mobile phone reception and the school didn't speak to us so the child stayed in the sick bay area for 4 hours before they got in contact with us.
Nobody in this sick fuck of a school tried to clean my child up you sick bastards and this alone warrants a child abuse charge to be put to the head master of that school.

I was only talking about this to my sister the other day and she reminded me that back in our days in a Catholic school if a child shit itself and the child was young they would take the young child to the shower and clean the mess up and most of the time they carried a arrangement of different size of undies for boys or girls + spare uniforms.
The same for an older child at school as accidents do happen except the older children had to cleaned themselves but in all cases the school ALWAYS had spare clothes.

Today the schools are full of female teachers yet nobody did nothing to clean my child up, The teachers today are are scared and just sick in the head. What woman or a mother in a school as a school teacher could leave any child with shit in its pants for hours like they did for our child.

I get your point I hate gov, but its the way we have become. You would think that a school full of female teachers would have attended to a child in need.
And as for your point on no males in school anymore well this is the reason why the education system is not as good as what it was years ago.

At my daughters school they have 4 male teachers and 1 executive male teacher and a male janitor out of a total of about 25 staff.

Out of the 292 that polled the main poll say if 20 of them were DOCS CSO's that have joined the aus-city forum but have never posted EVER (the ones I have emailed) and if this is the case why didn't any of them poll in favor of Child Safety because if I worked in Child Safety and was a member of this forum I would have voted for them without a problem.
There was only two votes totally in favor of DOCS and that was Julie and her proxy server service.(one vote on each poll in favor of DOCS)

Yes, her IP number attached to her in the control panel was attached to her voting yes on both of those polls. But whats got me wondering, i definitely think now we might have some DOCS silent members in the forum that have voted against their office because i have picked up a few Government IP's which were attached to a poll but i cannot tell which one (Too much data to read). Now we all know there was virtually zilch voting for DOCS so they must have voted against them.

Guys and Gals, since our great Premier is on the money grab trail again and she is short a bit of cash by giving it all to the Department of Child Safety, by increasing fines for everything including of course traffic fines, I would like to remind all what is written below and what I have been reading on other sites, where more and more people are now warning motorists with these speed cameras. See, if you flash your head lights, they grab you for that, by using your high beams in a built up area, but if you just turn your head lights on and off and on and off, is that breaking the law? Well not the law of using your high beams in a built up area, but unfortunately this gangster of a Premier that we have has her own law, which is worse than any other law we have in this state and you know what thats called:

DENYING THE GOVERNMENT REVENUE.

Well watching Channel Nine News last night (15/10//07)I just caught a segment about Queensland police getting caught in their own speed cameras. It was interesting once again thanks to the freedom of information ACT and a good reporter that reported this but I would like to add my two bobs worth.
See what attracted my attention to this story was the high percentage of police whilst on or possibly off duty that were booked for speeding but it was the case of an outrageous percentage of them that write a letter to the department with a reason why they were speeding and they get off. Now as I said I just caught this story by a second so I don't exactly remember the percentage that get off but it was high and I can tell you this that the average Tom Dick and Harry that has been caught speeding has got BUCKLEY'S chance of getting off as easy as the off or on duty Police do so how do they do it? Haaaaaa easy!!

No I'm not saying where I got this info from but some of us unfortunately have relatives or friend in the Police service and yes they do enjoy a drink at a BBQ and yes the drink has a habit of loosening a few tongues and this is what I over heard at a Bathurst 1000 party that got my ears ringing.
See what is getting around the traps in the Police service is just say an off or on duty Police officer is driving his or her private or Police car on a public road and in a split second they unfortunately get zapped by a speed camera for speeding and they know that they have been busted what they do is accelerate and pull over the first car that just happen to be in front of them.
Now they will pull the car over for any reason like Sir/Madam why were you drifting in your lane, or your brake light are coming on and off or whatever stupid or silly reason they can use to pull the car in front of them over so they can get details, times and whatever needed so the off or on duty cop can write his or her letter saying this was the reason why he or she was speeding.
I find this what I heard absolutely disgusting and outrageous that we have a law for the common person and we have a loophole for the Police.
What I would like for the General public to do is if you pass a speed camera and you are not speeding whatsoever and for some reason just after or kms later down the road you get pulled over for whatever reason by anyone on or off duty and they just happens to flash a badge at you and ask for your details which you give him or her ask for his or her name and service number (They could refuse or ask why?), also get details, time, "etc" of the car they are driving and number plate and report them to the CMC (Crimes Misconduct Commission)You never know you could be lucky, See if the CMC investigate and it just happens the Police officer gives them the same excuse (I bet the excuses would be similiar)as they put in their letter to get off the fine the CMC will know that the Police Officer in question is on the nose, and after this message on this forum gets around they might think twice before pulling this swifty again.
Remember all, the way I look at it the Police are not above the law and they should be treated equally like the rest of us.
Now let me see where is the phone number for the CMC.

If perchance the police are trawling this site the idea that it is a simple plod doing this doesn't add up to me whatsoever.

What I personally find far more likely is that a task force at the policy dept is monitoring all negative communication. Most govt dept's have people who do this and often blog under Mary Smith or whatever at the large daily's.

Fortunately these people are often exposed, and then a large number in any specific forum turn on them on mass.

Serves them right.

Going to the CMC (Cleared Mate Cleared) wont stop this alleged trawling or trolling- their job is to create as little embarassment as possible for the QLD govt.
