Today, at the bus-stop, I had just bought myself a packet of crisps! Evidently in my hometown of Devon, and, as I walked out the shop, trying to filder the change left over, one one-pence coin(Or one-hundredth of a pound to all those who have no clue what a penny is) refused to slip into my pocket, And so, placing it upon my curled fore-finger, and aptly placed thumb, I flicked it spinning into the air. Failing to catch it, I let it land on the floor, and continued on. Seconds later, a police car, sirens and blue's flashing, shot up the road, which, got me thinking.. Could the entire of rality, the choices of men, the turn of events, hang on something so simple, as the flick of a coin?

Reality is what we make of it -- as the saying goes, but, could reality itself be decided by heads or tails? I stood thinking for a moment, musing, if my flip of a coin, contributed to the police head up the road moments later, and if the choice to flip the coin what just a chance from the same action?

Strange what the human mind can unleash unexpectingly, isn't it.

HMMM, I like the way your mind works OMJ. Funny thing is, I just left a post asking someone for an oppinion on something, & the last thing I typed in was "Penny for your thoughts". I then submitted the post & went directly to the 'recent posts' box to see if there were any new posts.

...The very FIRST thing I saw was YOUR post titled "The flip of a coin"! I also find it funny that the first person to respond to your post is an 'american'(me), who knows exactly what a 'penny' is!!!

I love the serindipitious people & situations that I find on this site.

I wonder if I flip a penny & drop it in front of my trashy neighbors house(worst looking yard on the block), if the cops would race over to TAKE HIM AWAY!!!!!!! LOL

infinity Wow. I love it! All the synchs in your post OMJ and then with JJ. Now I'll add my synch...

I was just remembering yesterday a book I read years ago called "The Dice Man". Plot summary:

Quote
The book tells the story of a psychiatrist named Luke Rhinehart who, feeling bored and unfulfilled in life, starts making decisions about what to do based on a roll of a dice. Along the way, there is sex, rape, murder, "dice parties", breakouts by psychiatric patients, and various corporate and governmental machines being put into a spin.

Anyway, yesterday I found myself contemplating how much of life we should control or even if we have much control at all. And that if you rolled the dice or flipped a coin to see which decision to make at every moment, would life be worse or better...or just the same. And would it matter anyway since it's all what you make of it. This also synchs with the movie "Yes Man" where the character decides to always say "yes" to each question asked of him.

But more to the point of your question OMJ (and I agree with JJ, I like how your mind works), maybe you preconceived of the cops' approach and your higher-self prompted you to flip the coin just before the cops came for benefit of your conscious mind to trigger awareness? Or maybe your flipping the coin caused a chain of events, or flipped you into a reality in which those events unfolded just then.

No matter which, it seems to me that whether or not we can control what happens in reality, we have enormous power within ourselves to chose our actions, our view points and which reality we exist in.

But what do you think? Did you flipping the coin influence the subsequent events?

Well, if you said any more, we'd just keep getting synchs! chuckle Our planets are all lining up!

And I just realized that OMJ reminds me of OMG. You'll love that one OMJ, for various reasons.

Hehe, OMJ can also stand for "Oh My Jesus"!

Sorry for my lack of replying -- curse of the time-zones and all! Anyway; To JJ's first post:

Thanks x] At least a few people don't think its twisted beyonfd repair. Thats a pretty tight synch! Tne entire penny-fiasco lining up somewhat perfectly there. Well, it seems there was a penny for your thoughts indeed. I also do enjoy the somewhat astrange to the rest of the web community here.

And, as to Alisa:

Maybe I did flip the coin because the police were on the way, for one reason or another, or vice-versa. You know what they say about an african buttery flapping its wing! I suppose the entire reality kind of thought synch's with the movie 'The Butterfly Effect', in which the main character can go back in time to memories, when reading or watching them, and change them accordingly Sad ending, but an interesting movie none the less.

I suppose we do have a great power to choose how a choice is made -- Yet -- choices are one of those funny things.. Once set rolling, they become the immovable force, and then you just have to ride the swell until the proverbial bullet hits the mark.

But my.. It seems we're on a roll here! Wuth all the synchrinizations rolling onward -- all seem to be upon the same wavelength on the matter!

Wow OMJ,

I'm so glad that I stumbled onto your post bananna! You seem like my kind of people. I agree on the "butterfly effect" analogy, as I have seen that movie too.

Yes we do have great power indeed fairy! And the more we're aware of it - the stronger it becomes & easier it is to access.

In response to your comment on estrangement OMJ,(I think I understood it as people not responding to you alot, or think you're 'twisted'). On this site, I have experienced that if I go to more general forums, I find some negativity. I have read negative posts here before, & have tried to give positive replies. I also try to be a bit encouraging when need be. What I have experienced is, there are either no responses to my comments, or annoyed, or neg responses. In these cases I don't return to that particular forum.

I find that by posting 'new' topics - all the right people come to me!!! As is what happened in your case. Just putting the thoughts out there that others find 'twisted', you managed to attract the kind of people who don't find it at all twisted!

I think that when people like 'us' try to put our more in depth thoughts out as responses, they are not returned w/the same energy as they are if you're [i]'initializing'[/i] that deep thought INSTEAD. By this I mean in 'responses' the message you try to convey sometimes gets lost in translation(because you're probably dealing w/somewhat neg.people who don't want to see the "bigger picture" & change their perspectives, or perceptions of reality - or 'alternate' realities). But putting it out there as an 'original' thought, seems to attract people who think on that same "wave length" as you mention above. Hence you, Alisa & I, all having so many synchs! Don't you just love the way that works?! Kinda like "ask & you shall recieve" - wich btw, synchs w/another thing that involves Alisa(as if I'm surprised)!

Yesterday in response to my "penny for your thoughts comment", Alisa replied w/ A response something to the effect of - "I just recieved a message on this topic yesterday(from spirit), saying 'share if asked'". We were both aware of the synch that the very next day...I ASKED (penny for your thoughts)!

Which further lead to me finding your "At The Flip Of A Coin" post!

I haven't responded to her yet, but fully intended on telling her that my role in her "share if asked" message, was the flip side or "parallel" to that, wich is "ask and you shall recieve" meditate. As I found my self typing that same expression to you above, I thought about how in one day that message seemed to apply in two situations. In hers - it applied as me asking then recieving the info from her. For you, you asked(by posting a new topic), - then you recieved (by getting my and Alisa's comments)! OH MY JESUS...SO MANY SYNCHS! thumbsupLOL.

In closing, let me just say pleasure to meet you OMJ, & although some astrange by negativity, you will always find understanding & openmindedness when dealing w/people like Alisa, Flux(whose posts I would reccomend you check out,as she also is on that same 'wave length') & myself.

Nice to meet one of 'ours' the group seems to be growing rapidly grouphug!!!

Bless ya,& HAG1 -JAIME-

Wow Jaime (do you prefer Jaime to JJ?)! I was nodding all the way through your post. yes

Thanks for pointing out the synch-circle of "penny for your thoughts", "flip of a coin", "ask and ye shall receive", and "share when asked". Synchronicities are growing stronger and stronger for me these days. Are they for you? I used to see them frequently, maybe once a day, but now I experience several in a day, and then some that criss-cross back and forth from future to present to past in various combinations.

OMJ has been my friend for about 4 years now. We met on another forum where we were drawn to each other. He was so open-minded and one of the first to not question "if" my photos were real, but to ask more thoughtful questions such as "why". content When the crowd was demanding skepticism, he wasn't one to just go along. chase

And synchronistically, my first ever post on a forum was about a synchroncity I had experienced in finding that forum. chuckle How can anything seem arbitrary once you start to recognize the pattern that is everywhere. infinity And of course, no one answered that post. wink

OMJesus rollfloor Excellent!

Well I will have to look for that post! thinking sounds interesting to me.

I didn't relize that you already knew OMJ, my bad doh. I've never seen his name here before,so I guess I just assumed he was new. Sorry OMJ !#$%*&?!!!

So since I'm the newby,I say we throw a party to welcome me!! Alisa you can supply the beverages, kefir drink - maybe if it ferments long enough,we can all cop a buzz alcohol. Flux can bring the funny, since she is so witty - we can play pin the sheet on the apparition ghost(I'M SURE THE DONKEY WILL BE DELIGHTED)! OMJ you can bring the penny twocents, in case the party gets out of hand & we need the cops. I'll bring the music... musicBeatles, who else! Sound like fun woot?

Yep,sometimes my synchs occur in different order too. If they are really strong repeated synchs,They bounce back & forth all over the place...like pong!

The reason no one answered that post Alisa, is because the right people weren't here yet! But we are now,so I'll look, kay?

I don't really have a preference about the name dunno. Upon first metting someone, I like to offer my real name to be polite shake. I then let people choose to call me whatever is most comfortable for them.

Funny thing is, my brother's name is John Joseph & we've called him J.J. all his life(another synch I've never mentioned)! So I guess I was wrong,I have kinda taken to the nicname - JJ. It makes me smile reye& think of my lil bro every time I see it used as my nicname...thank you ,I didn't even realize that I indeed had a preference til just now Alisa! But pls call me whatever you feel most comfortable using. The same soul will respond!

Well I have to go & pick out a party dress, so see ya on the 'flipside'...that one was for you OMJ!!! wink

It's nice to meet you too, Jaime! I've had a few nicknames, but mostly Jesus, Jimmy, and Timmy. Kinda a strange story behind the last one..

I find a lot of my Sync's seem to bounce back and forth, and generally every other angle of the compass - including those in between - though, I have yet to find a four-dimensional compass..

Speaking of Syncs! Though, this is more one for Alisa, as there's a long story behind it, but, I'll try and explain for you, too, Jaime(I'll put the explination in the Spoiler thing, as to keep the post short, sweet and as little confusing as possible.

After a long many discussions between Alisa and I, we had "concluded" I was quite abundant in a Loki-factor, a kinda dark, chaotic kinda spirit, if you will. From other various things, it stems from my love of suchward characters, I.e. my rolemodel is (And always was, since I first saw him) The Joker, as well as Alucard, and people like that.

Anyway, carrying on. A few days ago, I was given a leaflet by a friendly metal-fan, who invited me to a metal concert here in my home town, in a place called 'The Cavern'. It was totally random, as he came out of nowhere, handed it to me, and, we had a convosation about metal bands.

ANYWAY, Walking towards the college a few days later, I walked past a large circular thing, thats always been there, used to post A4 advertisement poster things up. It was an advertisement for 'The Cavern', but in big, bold letters in the center of it, said, "JOKER". It kinda made me smirk at the time, seeing the words, but thinking of sync's just now kinda 'automatically' connected the two. Strange, huh?

On the same sort of subject, I was pulled over a few days ago, by an old Christian man, who 'advertises' now and then by the church, who, gave me a leaflet (Which I found funny), and told me if I rang a number, for a few minutes, I could listen to biblical messages. huh

Anyway, from that topic, Alisa and I have indeed known each other for a few years now. That last forum, or, the one we met on, I found was extremely childish.. I don't see why skeptics have to force their views upon those who're simply conversing with those of their own believes. Its childish, ignorant and just proves there are some people who will go to all lengths to make an argument out of something SO incontriversial and unimportant, for reasons unbeknown to the likes of I.

I like the new penny sync! It could be interprated too, if thinking in the way of riddles, as the 'if asked' bit meaning YOU asking, not others asking for you to share! Only a spoken thought.

And I, too, am glad you stumbled upon my post, Jaime, it seems, along with Alisa, I've gained yet another valued, spiritually-inclined friend.

Jamie (JJ) - Your post was so funny and clever! clap I loved reading about the newbie party! [Linked Image]

Thanks for wanting to give me support on my first synchronicity post. content That was on Unexplained Mysteries Forum where I first introduced my photos. That was before my forum was set up here. Once I set my own forum up here, I willed it to be a place where we could skip the debate and just explore the possibilities.

Well I have to go & pick out a party dress, so see ya on the 'flipside'... [Linked Image]

I heartbeat that! content

OMJ, what's the story behind "Timmy"?

The Cavern story and synch was excellent! It synchs with me personally as well having been on astral travels to the cavern(s). yes And when speaking to one of my dark entity friends the other night, he said, "check out the heavy metal bands". eyebrow I kid you not. I figured he must mean Avenged Sevenfold. Do you know of them? I found them through their death bat symbol which I saw in my mind's eye. But maybe it was a precog for your cavern story. Whatever the case, it is a synch!

Thank you OMJ. I,m gonna go w/ "Lassie" ?! Ya know, for the nic name Timmy that you mentioned above. Let me know.

Four dementional compass!...I love it! If & when you do find one - please let me know!

Thank you for including me in the above inserted story, which I'm going to read when I'm done posting this reply. I'm sure I'll reply to the that part of your post tomorrow. How very thoughtful of you.

Good observation on the new penny synch. I assume that by "YOU" above, you meant "you - in general" & not "me" (Jaime) right? If so, then I agree. It could be interpreted as a message more meant directly for the person 'recieving' the message to "ask".

And I love your phrase "spiritually - inclined"!

Off to go read your inserted story now, thanx again for including it. I look forward to our next disscussion!

Geeze Alisa, & the hits just keep on commin!

The Unexplained Mysteries Forum is also where I originally found you!! The night I met you(or found your fairy pics on this site), I was originally on that site(Unexplained Mysteries) searchimg for "evidence" of orbs, that I could borrow for the post in the skeptical viewer forum that I placed "Ghost Hunters - The Hellen Keller Of The Paranormal". That specific night someone on that site challenged me for proof, & like an idiot I went in search of a form of proof that he would accept.

In my search (which was on various paranormal websites), I discovered your stuff on TUMF. If memory serves me correctly, when I clicked onto your Medaphysical photo gallery - it brought me here!

Also,if you remember correctly just a couple days after that, is when I asked for your support on the other site. And again another synch, both or all three of us I presume, have since left other sites behind for the same reasons...and here we all are!

...very supersticious, The writting on the wall whistling...

OMJ,

Ahhh, ok so maybe I should've actually clicked your little button before typing that last post! I am so used to Alisa & flux's posts, that I expected a full artical in your spoiler! And to make me look even more presumtuious, I thought it was an artical on some type of really mysterious "caverns" at that.

So having "clicked", & feeling that I now know you a little better - I get it...Donnie Darko type eh?

Your type fascinates me,as I believe you're somewhat of a mystic traveler. Are you familiar w/this type of soul? I'm going to bet you are, seeing as how these souls usually know exactly what they are! But just incase you don't, they are in my opinion one of the most "self assured" souls that exist. A mystic traveler is a SEASONED soul, & by this I don't mean experienced at just earth life. No,these souls have evolved their consciousness so far beyond the average soul, that they have actually lived lives on other planets! And if thats not weird enough for ya, They have lived existances in other demensions such as the sub-phylums of the darkside. They know of the life that exists on multidemensional levels.,-the things that we humans believe only exist in nightmares & movies....They've been to the show, they've seen the man behind the curtain...& they're not playin any games - they know the story!

It is also said that these souls have again taken up residence on earth to help mankind, and are regaurded as highly enlightened individuals & souls. As they have fought many battles on so many different levels of reality, they have become some of the most revered souls in battle of light vs dark. They can recognize it, call it out, & sometimes even somewhat enjoy tempting the dark side, as it has become almost a hobby to dabble in between this world & other more exciting worlds they've experienced.

Now I don't know you that well, or at all really. I'm just saying that this is the vibe I get from you. You seem very in touch w/ an open mind. And your attraction to the more sinister side of the coin(ha ha), makes me think that you like it so much because - you know it's out there! Your in touch w/it, & it doesn't scare you.Infact it seems to actually comfort you and feels familiar right? Just an observation on my part, you let me know if any of it rings true to you.

Great! You're not my first "dark & twisty" friend, but definately the first in a very long time! People like you add alot to this sometimes bland world. You tend to create and shine the light on much duality that has yet to be discovered here in our existnce. You appreciate the dark, the sinister,& sometimes find great joy & ammusement by things of earthly substance trying to frighten you, because you've been "here" done "this", and this place is nothin compared to the things you've seen!

Nope on second thought lassie is too mild for you, Timmy certianly didn't come from there did it? Or maybe it's a nicname meant as an oxymoron? Like calling someone really obese "tiny"!

Again I could be totally off base here, I'm just making a connection w/the vibe. I hope I haven't offended you, I mean nothing by this except to see if my vibe's right.

Metal fan huh? I'm metal a fan! So Megadeath or Metallica?...enquiring minds want to know!

Oh, and as for your synch w/the caverns poster w/Joker on it, I think that was just a sign from the universe sending an encouraging message of "BE YOU"! ... I have no idea about the little religious guy.

Well - I'd have made a full-blown post out of it if I could have, but I'm sure my personal biography wasn't what you were looking for!

I think thats a very good interpretation/explenation of me, JJ, and it was much more amusing/enlightening then it was offending - for it didn't offend me at all. I believe Alisa has said similar things before, along the lines of an aged, experienced soul. And yes, I suppose you could say the 'Donnie Darko' type, and I am glad that "my type" fascinates you, though I'm known as Dark Jesus at college gloom

I suppose quite a few people 'like' me, but, they have to be th right people - as with anyone, but, moreso in my case. But, as one of my friends said; "What would we do without Jim? I need to be able to talk about guns, and violence." Me and him seem to have a running joke/history around me..

I like the spiritual message Alisa! "Check out the metal bands." Very cool! And yes, I do know of Avenged Sevenfold. How long ago was this message, by the way? Just wondering.

And, I know your spiritual messages seem to be inclined on the underground. Funny, a few days ago I was reading up on hade's, and, found that he doesn't just rule over the underworld, but all that is underground, as part of his devision of the owning of the earth when the Titans were beaten - Zues got the sky, and Posidon got the sea.

Come to think of it, I have also had many dreams - Nightmares at that - concerning the underground, concerning beasts and creatures of darkness travelling through them, or rising from them. Though, considering JJ's post, maybe they're less dreams then memories, huh? thumbup

And, both! Though I dislike Metallica's newer meterial - they seem to be trying to move onto Death Metal, though he hasn't the voice for it..
Though I'm more into bands like Tonight is Glory, Ensiferum, Slipknot; that kinda thing.

And, to the nickname Timmy - I have a friend addicted to South Park, And, since 'Jimmy' sounds like Timmy, He used to call me by it.

Ahhh, I figured Lassie was too cookie cutter for ya. I'm glad you didn't find any of it offensive. You never know W/some people dunno. And I really resented having to use "type" to catagorize you, as I hate that word when it comes to describing people...come to think of it, I hate the word "catagorize" when it comes to people too!...Silly human insertions.

Yup, memories I would suspect! And your right about Hades,Zues & posidan. Glad you got the message.

Whaaaaaaat? I think the Death Magnetic album kills it katana! Much better than St. Anger( which I was embarrassed for them to release) shrug! I also like The Unforgivin 3 track, although it doesn't have the bones of their older stuff, I like that they included piano(which I understand does pull it away from the heavyness a bit, but still thought it was brilliant!). Yes I agree, anymore James is starting to sound better in a box(studio), than live, - his age is catchin up on him. But I will always think that Lars is bare none, the best drummer in the age of metal!!!!...Or maybe I'm just an old fart now, & miss the "begginings" of metal...But either way, They will always be my fav metal band worship.I just sent my husband to Death Mag concert in Detroit(didn't have the money for both to go)on Jan 13, & he came back w/a look on his face that I will never forget(mostly out of envy) freaked!...I got a tee-shirt.

I like Slipnot too! But I haven't heard of the others. Probably heavy stuff like Pantera right? I don't really get to rock out like I used to being a mother of two now. Don't get to go check out the new stuff like I used to(kids always seem to be around, & really where is there an 'appropriate' setting to listen to death metal around young ones?). I was really into places like ST. ANDREWS HALL,small venue bar in Detroit that was grabbing the 'up & commings',before they hit stardom. But in my latter years I can't seem to find the time or sometimes cash, to be a part of the metal world like I used to be...That's ok though, I guess I'll just have to live vicariously through you!!!

South Park huh? My "dark & twisty" self used to love that show in my former years. Can't tell you how many an innocent videotape has lost it's life to my endless recordings of South Park! But now having young ones around, I'm a bit put off by it...strange how motherhood changes ya. I still find myself tunning in every now & then when they're in bed or absent from the house. But the minute I find myself laughing at a quipp, the mother in me shortly follows with..."That's just wrong!". Then I sit and argue w/myself on weather or not I'm being too cookie cutter to appreciate the dark & twisty comedy anymore. And as usual, I rarely win an arguement w/myself...thinking about it I rarely lose one either, so I inevidably end up switching the channel just to shut me & myself up flamewar!

I do thing Death Metallic ruins Metallica. I'm also into some rap, but, only by ICP. They're awesome.

Also, I don't think that heavy metal is a bad influence around children - This is coming from an apparent Mosher - but, I personally thing the sensitivity to metal comes from pseudo-religious views upon it all. Then again, its probably too noisy for most children anyway.

Most of my new music comes from my circle of friends, Or, two friends, that're into heavy, heavy metal aswell..

The party sounds awesome! though I will warn you, I get violent at parties if I'm not sedated with Alcohol. clink

Yeah I like ICP too...Believe it or not, They actually came to a hotel party I once threw in Detriot at Michigan Motel in on Devil's night when I was 17 back in 93. The guy I was dating at the time, Danny - went to school w/them at Inner City Baptist(which was just a city away from were I lived)& was still very good friends w/all of them at the time. As a matter of fact in their dedications tab of their cd's they always make a shout out to their boy 'Dizzy D' from Inner City - Danny! Who I just recently found out committed suicide last March. How unfortunate - Bless ya Dan! ( I have many fond memories of you...'til we meet again, your ole "baby girl", bwave-Jam-)

Just before moving to my new house 6 mos ago, I came across an old memory box of my teenage hood, filled w/bips & bobs of the past. Upon rummageing through it w/such intensity -as I thought I'd lost this box years ago,I found the zippo that Joe Bruce(from ICP) gave me at my party that night!(Which I kept stealing from his smokes to light the bong!)BTW my pot smoking days are since long gone too! It put quite a smile on my face,as I had since long forgotten about that little keepsake. This made me think of Danny & I was prompted to look him up on my space. That's also the same night I learned of his death. So it turned out to be a bittersweet experience that night, remembering all the great memories of Dan & I partying w/Joe & the crew, but then becomming aware of his suicide. I just thought of the synch between ICP(finding the zippo) being the reason I found out that Dan had passed! How appropriate, I guess I was just so in shock finding out about his passing, that I didn't make the connection of ICP leading me to that information! Good lookin out Dan,I might have never found out otherwise - thanx!

Anyway, I don't listen to them much anymore, but I like their older stuff. Another group that we used to support at ST.ANDREWS HALL, how funny of you to even bring them up!

Yep, I meant the loudness of the music, as loud is the only right way to listen to it in my opinion. If I have to turn it to normal volume, it'becomes not even worth the effort. I Let my children choose their own musical expression, I feel that is crucial to their individualism here on this plain.

Sounds like you & your friends have decent taste. Have you heard the new version of sublime's 'Ruka' by Abstract Rude?

Don't worry OMJ, Between Alisa's Kifer h20, & my little concoction of mixed Drinks,I'm sure you'll be in Alcoholic Bliss. Not to mention, if you plan on 'losin it' you'll create your own demise - as your bringing the penny! So be carful.

[Linked Image] This has been the funniest, cleverest thread ever!

JJ, you metal head! Ha! I know you don't like labels, and neither do I, so I wish I had a little graemlin/smilie using a kitchen pan as a hat. eyebrows So many meanings. chuckle

I'm so happy to host the party in my magical yard (it's the first stop on your way down the rabbit hole). [Linked Image]

What to wear, what to wear! The suit I got for my birthday! ahha And Flux...wear a Tuxedo I think. Just to keep people wondering about you...OMJ, your robes, and JJ, wear whatever you want, you look good in everything (but bring the astral bong, K?).

Tuxedo... huh? I feel like I'm missin somethin here. Flux are you gay? because if you are I'm only gay on Thursdays, so mark your calander so we don't keep missin eachother!

Metal head? I'll take that label any day...or a Jimmy Chu label! Whichever pops up first.

OMJ you may borrow my Yoda Robe if you'd like - ooo I have a color coordinating lite saber if you feel so inclined.

Gasp!!!... a mad hatter party!!! Change in plans, Alisa ask Wonka & the gnomes if they would mind supplying the hats!! I can't wait....now who knows how to make the giant odd shaped cake?

Nope. Wand is in excellent condition. wink

The spam software gets touchy sometimes with certain combinations of frequently used spam words. smirk It can be something as simple as the word "natural" in combination with some other seemingly harmless word anywhere in the post like "effective", etc.

Anyway, sorry Flux. hmm

I knew you were a space cadet Flux shuttle, Thanx for the confirmation!

Just remember not to use the word 'naughty' in the shout box! I'm a bad girl & forgot that kids can get on this site,& although Alisa dropped A polie hint, it escaped me completely. I'm suprised SF didn't come chasin after me chase rather than you!

...And the word 'forbidden', just makes me think of 'naughty' things MORE than any other word, maybe SF should filter that word too! Instead they could use 'access denied'...oops nope that won't work either...( duhmore naughty)....I give up.

Oops, forgot to include a question in my above post for Flux. Ever scince I first saw your screen name I've wondered if it has anything to do w/the movie "back to the future"(which actually seems to be a theme & running joke between you & I - the time thing that is), it always makes me think of the Flux capasitor idea, & 1.21 jigowatts or gigowatts(he pronounces it w/a j sound instead of g?).

Is it relevent questionmark

So glad to see your wand is not on the fritz Alisa! What would we do w/out YOU & your glorious wand?.....we'd all be stuck in tech HELL devil!

Glory be to Alisa & webmaster... worship...we are not worthy!

Well, the wand works but is limited. chuckle Perhaps capped by my own technical prowess and understanding.

For example, as frustrating as it has been at times, I can't alter the spam software. But thankfully it is an infrequent occurrence that it gives grief. tongue

Again, apologies.

And thanks for the accolade, JJ. hug

Sure thing Alisa, I've now givin you a new nic-name....."Tech Goddess"!...and WELL deserved!

...Just had a funny little flashback while typing that last line. Does anyone remember the movie "Disclosure" w/Micheal Douglas & Demi Moore? Ok, well remember the company made computer software, & they were pushing their 'virtual' program? In that program if you got stuck or lost, a little 'helper guy' w/robes,wings,& a halo named 'Angel' would pop up in the program & to help. That's YOU Alisa angel ja..LOL!

Aww! tearsofjoy hug Thank you.

And yes, I remember that movie...at least that bit I do now you've reminded me! Cool analogy. Better than the little paperclip guy with Microsoft (but he WAS so cute that little paperclip). Especially when he tapped on the screen.
