Abstract: The Subsonic Ultra Green Aircraft Research (SUGAR) Phase III was led by Dr. Rakesh K. Kapania and Dr. Joseph A. Schetz at the Multidisciplinary Analysis and Design Center for Advanced Vehicles, Department of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg VA.
