Abstract: The History of On-Orbit Satellite Fragmentations chronicles all known satellite fragmentation events, this 15th edition complete through a suspense date of 4 July 2018. Since the 14th edition breakups, in addition to launch activity, have resulted in an approximately 36% increase in the number of cataloged space objects.
