It would be nice to say this is a good site, but I cant stay logged in to do so. I Keep on getting logged out when I access any of the forums. I will assume new user account has not been set up yet. Other forum access is no issue, just this one.

It's a smooth as silk for me - perhaps it takes a while get registration. I got an email link which I had to follow to complete registration almost instantly.
If you haven't got that (or haven't followed it) yet then that is probably be the issue.
