So thats' why the greedy pricks are greedy.<br /><br />BTW, I just had a look at the list of authorised dreamers and they are only on average 50 bucks dearer to get the real thing.<br /><br />SO, for 50 bucks you get the legit real deal, not a grey. <br /><br />I imagine if some car yard imported fake(like the humax HOTchip sell) fords or holdens and badged them the same and sold them cheaper, you would all buy the cheap imitations, Like going down to paddys markets and getting the fake rolex. rfwhistle<br />Need I have to remind you that this is a FTA (Free To air) Forum but Fred has a good point, some people won't mind buying from an authorised Dreambox dealer for an odd $50 more than hotchips, but people only go where the good deals are and if the guys from Austech are getting good deals from Hotchips, GOOD ON THEM.<br />Now what do you do?!.<br />Buy from an Authorised dealer that you don't know and get screwed anyhow?, or buy from a Sat dealer say like Kristal which you have dealt with before and they have been around for a long time, and seem to be OK when it comes to warranty claims.<br />The Advantage about me over Fred as you said is only a Uni student is I'm in the over 50's, I believe in the Dept Of Fair Trading and I believe in matters to be dealt with in the courts. <br />Phil <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" /><br /> <br /> <small>[ 15. Prices of Dreamboxs coming down at Hotchips, who knows maybe that wont sell them anymore to get around the warranty Problems,<br />YOU know what that means, those other gready ????<br />that call themselves authorised outlets will put there prices up to what they were before Hotchips came around.
