Well for once, I am seeing an improvement in medicare. A - it has caused my doctor to bulk bill again. and B, once i reach $300 in fees, medicare rebates almost all my money, down to a few dollars. (BTW i have a health care card)

Bulk bill
Whats that?? No doctors around our area bulk bill fully and its a disgrace they keep telling me that around 40%+ still bulk bill in QLD. Where are they?, because 40% means 4 out of 10 surgeries, there is no such thing like that around our area its more like 0% bulk bill. (has there been changes in our area??)
Phil
