Abstract: Auralization of unsteady helicopter flight operations is needed to better understand the impact of maneuvers on community noise. Previous source sound synthesis methods were based on interpolated data, which may lead to artifacts in generating sound for helicopter maneuvers where sound pressure directivity may change rapidly.
