Moderate 4.5 quake hits near Pucallpa, Provincia de Coronel Portillo, Ucayali, Peru

A shallow magnitude 4.5 earthquake was reported around noon near Pucallpa, Provincia de Coronel Portillo, Ucayali, Peru.
According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the quake hit on Sunday 21 February 2021 at 1:09 pm local time at a shallow depth of 21 km. Shallow earthquakes are felt more strongly than deeper ones as they are closer to the surface.
